I went down to the Wildlife Refuge to see the cranes today. The return of the cranes to the San Luis Valley is a big deal every year (they time several festive events to happen around that time every year).
I went to the refuge today, after all the tourists had been and gone. I like taking pictures in peace and quiet. Tourists just get in my way, and poach my shots.
